Hello! I'm Clare, your wild at heart Celebrant.
I am a Level 3 qualified Celebrant, which means I have spent precious time (and money) training to become a Celebrant. My qualification enables me to deliver all types of couples and naming ceremonies, stress-free and to a high standard.
About me.
Hello! I'm Clare :) I live in a little village in Northamptonshire, with my husband, Cockerpoo Connie Dog, and old black cat, Buzzard. I also have a son, who is now 19.
My journey to becoming a Celebrant started when I eloped to Las Vegas to get married. My husband and I wanted to have a huge party in the UK which told our story and was super unique and niche, but I struggled with finding someone who could help me bring my wild ideas to life. And so, fast forward a couple of years and past a virus that saw us all clapping together and being stuck inside for 23 hours of the day, I started my path to becoming a Celebrant I would have wanted.
I love nothing more than being outside, whether that's walking with Connie Dog (and trying to keep her clean), camping and hiking with my husband, or pottering in the garden being a green-fingered mud princess tending to my flock of chickens.
Books are my go-to (especially during the winter), and I have a keen eye for those little make-shift book shops you see in old bus stops and phone boxes. Anything thriller or romance, paired with a good old strong cup of tea, and I'm a happy girl.
Running keeps me fit, and keeps the cake weight off, because who doesn't love a bit of cake without the guilt?
Travelling keeps my soul happy, and I enjoy ticking my bucket list destinations off every year, whether that's with my husband, girlfriends, or on my own. My recent big birthday took me out to Thailand where I ate far too much food and fell in love with every single street dog!
I am a HUGE believer in Love is Love and You do You.
I really don't like: Rain when I have to walk the dog, stupid drivers, donkeys, and racism or homophobia. Ain't nobody got time for that!
I love: Crème eggs (and pronouncing them CREAM eggs), dogs, adventures, climbing trees, and cups of tea in bed.

As a stress-free celebrant, I want you to feel completely at ease with me, during both the planning process and, most importantly, on your big day.
I work with you at every step of the ceremony planning and writing journey. I give you clear visibility on what I am writing, which means by the date of your ceremony, all you need to worry about is turning up on time and who has the rings.
